As a Partner of Kabir Family Law, Iblal plays a hands on role in both case strategy and practice management. He regularly reviews the firm’s more challenging matters behind the scenes, stress testing arguments, checking risk and helping teams refine their approach ahead of key hearings or negotiations.

He is closely involved in how Kabir Family Law grows and maintains its presence across the UK and internationally, ensuring clients receive joined up support wherever they first contact the firm. A significant part of his role is spent in the “engine room” of the practice — refining internal processes, supervising complex files and building frameworks for how the firm deals with domestic abuse, child arrangements and international family law, so the team can respond quickly to urgent situations while still giving families clear explanations and realistic expectations.

Iblal is a CILEX Member, holding Advanced Paralegal status (MCILEx) with the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives — the professional body for legal executives and paralegals practising across England and Wales.
