Our family law team brings together more than 20 years of combined experience advising and supporting individuals and families through complex, sensitive and life-changing legal challenges. With family law as our exclusive focus, our team brings the legal knowledge, practical insight and strategic judgement needed to guide clients through matters where the outcome can shape their children, finances and future.

Our work extends far beyond routine divorce and separation. We advise on complex financial disputes, difficult children cases, safeguarding concerns, allegations of abuse, fact-finding hearings, urgent protective applications and matters with an international element. We believe clients should have genuine choice over the professional support they receive.

Where specialist advocacy or additional advice would assist, clients may choose to instruct Direct Access Counsel independently. This gives clients the opportunity to obtain advice and representation directly from a barrister under a separate arrangement, while remaining fully informed and in control of the decisions made in their case.

Kabir Family Law continues to provide strategic advice and support within the scope of our agreed retainer. Where appropriate, and with the client’s authority, we can provide relevant information about our role in the matter to assist the client in maintaining a clear, informed and well-prepared approach throughout proceedings across England and Wales.
